What is this?:
Joining the Bored Chaps is pretty simple! We’re looking for creators of all sizes to join us in creating fantastic things. Being part of our team means that you’ll be included and be able to join our sponsorship deals and gain a portion of those AD campaigns’ revenue! We’ll help you setup podcasts and foot the bill for publishing costs too! We’ll assist with production of your projects and even help with costs where deemed necessary*.
What we typically expect:
Although we don’t look for specific sizes of creators, already having an established platform is ideal. Along with that for Twitch streamers we’d typically expect you to have already hit affiliate although it isn’t required. It goes without saying that as this is a new program this isn’t guaranteed to be profitable for all parties involved straight away. Instead this is an experimental program to assist creators. We’re stronger together after all…
What do you get:
We’ll work hard to introduce you to AD campaigns with sponsors. We consistently work with 404 Hosting and currently have a partnership deal with Surfshark VPN. We do the hustling so you don’t have to. We’ll also assist in setting up stuff like podcasts and original shows, footing the bill for the publishing costs required for those kinds of things. We can help with artwork, editing and general production! Each deal with every creator is unique and doesn’t necessarily include everything listed. But essentially we’ll be working to help make this profitable for you! We also have extensive knowledge on copyright law and advertising law to help you out!
What do we take:
“There ain't no such thing as a free lunch”. We’ve all heard that a thousand times. Well, we’re not going to charge you per se. See our AD campaigns/sponsorship deals span across multiple creators. Meaning that we’d be taking a cut of the AD campaign’s profit. Albeit a fairly small cut. For stuff like podcasts we’d take a percentage of the AD revenue- BUT all your own content such as Twitch/YouTube ADs, Donations, Subscriptions THAT ALL STAYS WITH YOU. Yup. That’s yours to keep. The only extra thing is that we ask is that you agree to work with us, occasionally pop up/cameo in our group projects, and sometimes maybe do a small bit of voiceover work on our group channel. Specifics regarding percentage cuts can be discussed individually!

You maintain full responsibility for any interaction while working on our team. And will be subject to nondisclosure regarding sensitive and important business information to Bored Chaps LTD and it’s partners.
Bored Chaps LTD, #Bored4Pride and any of its organisers and producers do not encourage nor accept liability for any offence, misconduct or general mishap that may take place from working within the community/fans.
This is not for a fixed employment position. This is for a contracted partnership through freelance or other noncommittal partnerships. There is no fixed income via these partnerships
We maintain our right to terminate your position within our teams without an obligation to explanation if called upon by the producers*.
